Art of Pop Confidentiality Agreement

I agree to maintain absolute confidentiality with respect to the Art of Pop :: Elvea Systems business plan and all information regarding Art of Pop and Elvea Systems that I receive therefrom. I agree to discuss this plan and all information regarding Art of Pop and Elvea Systems only with Art of Pop's/Elvea Systems' designated officer(s) and to abstain from communicating with any other person or entity, via all means of communication, regarding all matters pertinent to Art of Pop and Elvea Systems except as stated above and such communication with my financial and legal representatives, unless I receive written authorization from the company's President to discuss or transfer such information to any other person or party. I understand that any disclosure of this information on my part to any and all persons, parties and/or entities, except as stated above, constitutes a material breach of this agreement and of Art of Pop’s and Elvea Systems' copyrights which are pertinent thereto and that such disclosure will cost Art of Pop and Elvea Systems profound and extensive professional loss and damages. I understand that such disclosure on my part shall cause me to be personally liable for such loss and damages and, in the event I violate this agreement, Art of Pop shall have the irrevocable right to prosecute me, to the fullest extent of the law, for compensation for all such loss and damages in accordance with all pertinent laws of treaties of the State of California and the United States of America.

In acceptance of this agreement, I verify that I am, in fact, a qualified investor, as such is defined by Section 25102(n)(2) of the California Corporations Code and that my interest in the Art of Pop :: Elvea Systems Business Plan is for investment purposes only.
